Published by karyelle at 9:31 am under Uncategorized Edit This

Have you ever drinken a soda with artificial sweeteners in it and wondered if it was doing you a lot of harm? Whether or not you’ve ever done that, I’ve got news for you…bad news for you about artificial sweeteners. Here’s the horribly not so sweet truth about those diet foods and drinks you’ve been eating and drinking that contain artificial sweeteners.

Artificial sweeteners are linked to brain tumors and other types of cancer, so try to consume them as little as possible. Since artificial sweeteners are so horrible for people, try not to consume them at all.

If you do consume artificial sweeteners, let me say this again: Consume them as little as possible and never consume artificial sweeteners for more than a short period of time. Immediately, stop consuming artificial sweeteners if you experience a lot of headaches. Headaches aren’t necessarily an indicator of a brain tumor, but when you’re consuming artificial sweeteners, you might have one.

The horrible aftertaste of artificial sweeteners is a good indicator of how horrible it is for people. Since artificial sweeteners taste so terrible, they must be terrible for people’s bodies.

Even though Diet Dr. Pepper has no aftertaste like other diet drinks, it doesn’t make the artificial sweeteners in it any better for you than other artificial sweeteners. Diet Dr. Pepper contains Phenylalanine that is just as harmful for the body as other artificial sweeteners. Please consume all artificial sweeteners as little as possible no matter how good they taste. Remember when you’re consuming artificial sweeteners, all you’re doing is harm to your body.

Knowing the not so sweet truth about artificial sweeteners, please don’t consume very much of them. It’s best not to consume them at all. Everyone deserves to live a long, healthy and happy life.
